These are loans that most everyone can qualify for if you have good to great
credit and low debt and assets. Typically they are the best rates available.

This has the same qualifiers as a Fixed loan. It helps to have good to great
credit, low debt and some assets. It is an option if you are living in the
home for a few years and want a lower rate.
